Food Booth Volunteer Information (Paris Youth Softball)

PYSA is proud to offer a valuable opportunity for upcoming and current high school students.  PYSA operates a food booth every season during ball season and is operated by student volunteers, looking to fulfil their required volunteer hours for high school. 


The responsibilities for the students would the following.

- open the booth prior to games and close after the games are over
- serve the basic food items, hotdogs, popcorn, nachos and drinks as well as the basic snacks
- keep the booth clean and in an orderly condition at all times 
- notify the Co-Ordinator when supplies are low
- accept payment for food either by cash or debit
- count all monies at the end of each shift and make the appropriate float for the next shift
